Refund Policy – Big Dawg Armory

At Big Dawg Armory, all products are made to order and handled with care. Because of this, we maintain a strict but fair refund policy.

All Sales Are Final  
Due to the nature of print-on-demand and digital products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s remorse  
- Incorrect size selection  
- Change of mind  
- Digital product purchases (including courses and downloads)

Damaged or Incorrect Items  
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photo/video evidence
- Include your order number

Once verified, we will offer:
- A replacement item, or  
- Store credit (at our discretion)

Sizing Responsibility  
Please review all sizing charts before purchasing. We are not responsible for sizing issues.

Shipping Issues  
We are not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered  
- Carrier delays  

However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when possible.

Digital Products  
All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of instant access content, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
