Shipping Policy – Big Dawg Armory

At Big Dawg Armory, all items are made to order through our fulfillment partner. This allows us to maintain quality and offer exclusive designs.

Processing Time (Production)  
All orders are processed and produced within 2–7 business days.  
This includes printing, quality checks, and packaging.

Please note: Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods such as holidays or product drops.

Shipping Time (After Production)  
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

- United States: 3–7 business days  
- International: 7–21 business days  

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Order Tracking  
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Separate Shipments  
In some cases, items may ship separately depending on production and inventory availability.

Delays  
Big Dawg Armory is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier issues (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.)  
- Weather or natural events  
- Customs processing (international orders)

We will always do our best to assist you if issues arise.

Incorrect Address  
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.  
If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages  
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered.  
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

International Orders  
International customers may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.
